In October, 2011, I made a purchase of several cross stitch kits. I wish to place another order but I am having a lot trouble doing so. The products web page does not show the prices of the kits, and it does not let me "add to cart". I did register last October. Please help. Thank you, Rose Serna

I have just purchased a kit and have never worked with woolen and acrylic yarn. when it states that I work with 3 threads do I separate the threads like all other kits or do I cut three strains? It is not very clear on the instructions. I am thinking that I cut the three strains but don't want to start and get it wrong. thanks for your help.

I just bought a kit from Riolis. It is explained in the notice that I have to use two strands to cross stiche. The threads are composed of two strands. So do I have to use one thread (composed with two strands) or to cut two threads from the roll ?
Thanks in advance

I purchased the Zebras in the Savannah cross stitch kit. It includes a 2-ply woolen/acrylic yarn. The instructions say "the work is made with 2-strand cross-stiches." Should I use just one thread of the 2-ply yarn or does it still need to be two threads of the 2-ply yarn? I worked a sample to try to figure it out and the one thread didn't seem to cover the fabric very well while two threads were quite thick.
